Operation
The construction site should have a good ventilation system.
This product belongs to the type of polyurethane hot melt adhesive that reacts to moisture. Please use professional equipment for reactive hot melt adhesives. If you use ordinary hot melt adhesive equipment, due to poor airtightness, moisture may seep in and cause the product to solidify, which will damage the adhesive machine.
It is recommended that the construction temperature be between 120-150℃. If it exceeds 150℃, the construction should be as short as possible.
Notes for Attention
1. The PUR product contains a small amount of isocyanate monomers. Please be cautious during operation. Employees who are allergic to isocyanates are not recommended to handle it.
2. Since the product must be used at high temperatures, please make sure to wear appropriate clothing, gloves, protective glasses and other protective equipment. Use appropriate ventilation equipment to remove the possible small amount of smoke.
3. The actual temperature of the hot melt adhesive on the roller should be frequently measured with a thermometer. If the roller temperature is too low, it will cause poor adhesion. To avoid product thermal degradation, the temperature of the work gap glue tank should be appropriately reduced.
4. Do not mix with other adhesives.
5. Use immediately upon opening. Do not expose to the air for a long time.
Cleaning
1. For the extrusion equipment and melting devices, before long-term shutdown, they need to be thoroughly rinsed with a cleaning agent; when restarting, the cleaning agent should be completely drained and new PUR cartridges should be installed. Additionally, the cover of the melting device should be kept closed and not left open for a long time.
2. For the nozzles and application heads, before starting, clean the nozzles from the outside and use PUR hot melt adhesive to drain the remaining cleaning agent.
3. The heating plate needs to be cleaned. When replacing the PUR, use mechanical methods to remove the remaining PUR hot melt adhesive.
4. The application heads, nozzles and slot-type nozzles should be sealed against moisture with dry and acid-free paraffin and mineral oil at night and on weekends to prevent the reaction between PUR hot melt adhesive and moisture.

Recommended storage conditions
Storage period: 6 months.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid outdoor storage. Store at 0 - 30℃. The maximum storage temperature is -15 - 38℃. Maintain a dry environment to prevent moisture from entering.
