Commitment to Sustainable Development

Zhende Medical’s commitment to sustainable development is rooted in our mission and vision. We believe that embedding sustainability into our operations is key to achieving steady, long-term growth.

Based on our business context, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the global governance principles proposed by the Chinese government, we have established an ESG policy built around three core pillars: “Caring for employee growth,” “Promoting green development,” and “Being a reliable partner.”

Looking ahead, we plan to integrate the SDGs into our long-term operational strategy. By focusing on three major strategic areas, we will develop concrete action plans and set measurable sustainability goals. This approach will ensure that our ESG policy not only meets the expectations of our customers, society, and other stakeholders, but also remains fully aligned with the SDGs.

ISCC PLUS is a voluntary certification program under the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) system. Our surgical gown products have already obtained ISCC PLUS certification.

ESG Pillars

Promoting green development

Global warming is accelerating at an unprecedented rate, bringing extreme weather, rising sea levels, resource scarcity, and other serious impacts. Businesses must help mitigate these threats by using renewable resources that replenish rather than deplete natural systems. At Zhende, we take responsibility for integrating recycling into our medical products and packaging, while improving the reuse of water, packaging, and waste across our operations.

Caring for employee growth

We take our responsibilities to employees and society seriously. Internally, we foster a family-friendly workplace built on humanistic care. Externally, we give back through regular volunteer activities and charitable donations, sharing “Zhende Warmth” with the community. By committing with heart, we support local development, improve access to medical care, and help make healthy living attainable for all.

Being a reliable partner

We are committed to sustainable development, continually enhancing corporate governance and risk prevention capabilities. We are dedicated to building an ESG governance system, reinforcing the foundation of business ethics, and actively engaging with stakeholders to improve operational transparency and ensure the company’s stable and sustainable growth.
